Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and Age Requirement

The App is strictly intended for users who are 18 years of age or older, or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher.

By using the App, you confirm that:

• you are at least 18 years old;
• you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms;
• the information you provide during onboarding is accurate;
• you are not prohibited from using the App under applicable laws.

We do not knowingly allow minors to use the App. If we determine that a user does not meet the age requirement, we may restrict, suspend, or delete access to the App.

2. Account Creation and User Profile

To use the App, you may be required to create an in-app profile during onboarding. Your profile may include:

• username, which does not need to be your real name;
• date of birth;
• gender;
• interests;
• personalization preferences;
• device-based technical identifiers.

We may use device-specific identifiers, including Device ID or similar technical identifiers, to create and manage a unique account for your device, support account continuity, prevent abuse, improve security, and maintain service reliability. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and does not violate these Terms.

3. AI Characters and Interactive Features

The App provides AI-powered characters, conversations, roleplay-style interactions, entertainment features, and personalized experiences. You understand and agree that:

• AI characters are virtual and not real people;
• AI-generated responses may be fictional, automated, incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate in some situations;
• AI interactions are provided for entertainment and engagement purposes only;
• the App should not be used as a replacement for professional, medical, legal, financial, psychological, or emergency advice;
• character availability, behavior, content, and features may be updated, modified, limited, or removed at any time.

We may manage AI characters, recommendations, safety systems, moderation tools, and related content through our servers.

4. Chat Data and Local Storage

User chat histories are primarily stored locally on the user’s device. We do not routinely store private chat histories on our servers, except where necessary for:

• temporary AI response generation;
• safety and moderation systems;
• abuse prevention;
• legal compliance;
• security monitoring;
• user-submitted reports.

If you uninstall the App, clear app storage, change device, or delete your account, some or all local data, chat history, preferences, coins, progress, or account-related information may be permanently lost.

5. Virtual Coins, Premium Features, and Subscriptions

The App may offer virtual coins, premium access, subscriptions, or other paid digital features. You understand and agree that:

• coins are digital in-app items only;
• coins have no real-world cash value;
• coins cannot be exchanged for money;
• coins are non-transferable;
• coins may be lost if your account is deleted, suspended, terminated, or reset;
• premium features may change over time;
• access to some features may require an active subscription or sufficient coin balance.

All purchases and subscriptions are processed securely through Google Play Billing.

6. Payments and Refunds

All purchases made through the App are subject to Google Play’s payment terms, refund rules, and subscription policies. Unless required by applicable law or Google Play policies:

• purchases are final;
• virtual coins are non-refundable;
• subscriptions are non-refundable after purchase;
• unused coins or premium benefits may not be refunded;
• deleting your account does not automatically create a refund right.

You are responsible for managing, canceling, or modifying subscriptions through your Google Play account settings.

7. No Advertising

The App does not display third-party advertisements such as banner ads, interstitial ads, rewarded ads, or similar ad formats. The App may operate through premium features, virtual coins, subscriptions, or other paid services. If advertising is introduced in the future, we may update these Terms and our Privacy Policy accordingly.

8. Account Deletion

Users may delete their account through available in-app settings or supported account deletion options. When you delete your account:

• profile information may be permanently removed;
• server-stored preferences may be deleted;
• coins, virtual balances, premium progress, and account-related benefits may be permanently lost;
• deleted data may not be recoverable;
• local app data may also need to be removed by clearing app storage or uninstalling the App.

Certain limited records may be retained where required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, billing disputes, security, or enforcement of these Terms.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the App or use it in any unlawful, harmful, abusive, or unauthorized way. You must not:

• use the App if you are under 18;
• provide false age or identity information;
• attempt to exploit, hack, reverse-engineer, copy, or modify the App;
• interfere with app security, servers, APIs, or payment systems;
• attempt to bypass coin systems, subscriptions, or access controls;
• upload, submit, request, or generate illegal, harmful, abusive, hateful, exploitative, or unsafe content;
• harass, threaten, or abuse others;
• use the App for commercial scraping, automation, bots, or unauthorized data collection;
• misuse reporting tools or submit false reports.

Violation of these Terms may result in restriction, suspension, or termination of your access.

10. Reporting and Safety Moderation

Users may report characters, interactions, or content they believe are inappropriate, unsafe, abusive, or in violation of these Terms. When a report is submitted, we may review limited relevant information to:

• investigate the issue;
• improve safety systems;
• prevent abuse;
• moderate characters or content;
• protect users and the App.

We reserve the right to restrict, modify, remove, or disable any character, content, account, or feature that violates safety standards or these Terms.

11. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, branding, features, AI characters, visual assets, software, content, systems, logos, and related materials, is owned by or licensed to BitBoost Inc. You may not:

• copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or modify the App;
• create derivative works from the App;
• use our branding without permission;
• extract, scrape, or misuse app content;
• reverse-engineer or attempt to access source code, APIs, or backend systems.

Using the App does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights in the App or its content.

12. User Content and Input

You may provide prompts, messages, preferences, reports, or other input while using the App. By submitting content or prompts, you grant us a limited right to process such input only as necessary to:

• operate the App;
• generate AI responses;
• provide requested features;
• improve safety and moderation;
• comply with legal obligations;
• prevent abuse or misuse.

You remain responsible for the content you submit and must ensure it does not violate these Terms or applicable laws.

13. Service Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of the App at any time, including: AI characters, chat features, premium features, coin systems, subscriptions, safety controls, server-managed content, app design or functionality. We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every device.

14. Disclaimers

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that:

• AI responses will always be accurate, safe, complete, or appropriate;
• the App will meet all user expectations;
• the App will be uninterrupted or error-free;
• all content will be free from mistakes or unexpected outputs.

AI-generated content is for entertainment and interactive purposes only.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BitBoost Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. This includes, but is not limited to: loss of data, loss of coins or virtual items, loss of access, subscription issues handled by Google Play, device issues, reliance on AI-generated responses, interruption or unavailability of services.

16. Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the App if:

• you violate these Terms;
• you provide false age or profile information;
• you misuse the App;
• you attempt to bypass payment or security systems;
• your activity creates legal, safety, fraud, or operational risks;
• we are required to do so by law.

Upon termination, access to your account, coins, premium features, and app data may be lost.

17. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, store, and protect your information.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our App, legal requirements, business operations, or safety practices. When updated, the Effective Date will be revised. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
